Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No! Oklahoma Swift brings professional-grade, eco-friendly supplies and
equipment. If you have a specific product you prefer, just let us know!

Are my items insured during a move?

Absolutely. We carry comprehensive liability and cargo insurance to protect
your investment from the moment we pick it up until it’s placed in your new
home.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 1–2 weeks for moving and 3–5 days for cleaning, but we
always try to accommodate “Swift” emergencies!

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not at all! Many of our clients provide a key or entry code. Our teams are fully’ vetted and background-checked, so you can go about your day and return to a spotless home or a completed move.

How do you determine the final price?

Transparency is key. For cleaning, we base it on the square footage and “level” of clean; for moving, it’s based on the volume of items and distance. You’ll receive a clear, no-surprises estimate before we ever start.

What if I need to reschedule my "Swift" service?

Life happens! We just ask for 48 hours’ notice for moving and 24 hours for cleaning. This allows us to reroute our teams and keeps our scheduling “Swift” for everyone.
